Non-Medicinal Back Pain Relief

While medication is always an answer for lower or upper back pain, there are many things you can do that are non-medicinal to help you recuperate, relieve pain, and become stronger. Muscle degeneration starts to occur within 24 to 48 hours of muscle damage, so resting for too long a period can be dangerous. It's important that you look into therapeutic muscle exercises to make recuperation easier and consultation with a professional physical therapist can help.

You may also try aromatherapy, massage oils, as well as a essential herbal oils to help alleviate pain, relax back muscles, relax your mind and uplift your mood.
